    Visa Request


    Participants from countries requiring French visas must complete all necessary formalities regarding their stay in France before the event.

    To help you obtain your visa, TRUSTECH can give you an invitation letter to take with you to the French Consulate or Embassy in your country.The visa invitation letter will be available in your personal area after validation of your registration. Due to visa processing times, we strongly recommend you to apply as early as possible.

    Please note that TRUSTECH cannot be held liable if your visa application is denied, your visa is received too late, or you cannot travel to the event for any other reason. The Consulate or Embassy has the final say in delivering your visa and should be contacted for any additional questions.

    Admission Terms

    • Access to the TRUSTECH event and conferences is free, reserved for the industry professionals and prohibited to any person under the age of 16 years.
    • A pass is mandatory to access the event (a proof of identity may be required to access the event). It will be valid for the 3 days of the event.
    • The organiser reserves the right to invalidate or refuse a request.
    • The visa request letter will be available in your personal area once your registration is approved.
